Taking into consideration the fact that project on rehabilitation and reconstruction of water supply systems of Dushanbe city requires considerable financial and time expenses the project was divided in implementation phases (stages), each phase can be considered as a separate project and contains reconstruction and rehabilitation with the following expenses
